Features of TimeSaver
A. Call Monitoring
Using the Viking Unit, manufactured
by Viking Technologies, TimeSaver
enables a telemarketing manager to monitor
any telemarketing agent's conversation without
the agent's knowledge. This is an excellent
feature used mainly for training purposes
and quality control.
B. Add New Customer Leads Directly to
Your Database
When an agent clicks "Send" at
the bottom of his Agent
Interface Screen, he will be redirected
to new lead information screen that can
be viewed with any standard browser. All
of the customer information on the Client
Screen is sent to this information screen
to eliminate the need for unnecessary data
entry. After the agent gets all of the necessary
information from the new customer, by clicking
"Add Lead" at the bottom of the
screen, the data can be ported to any database
you choose either on your local network
or on the Internet.
