The TimeSaver Agent
Interface
The Agent Interface allows agents
to easily view Callee Information clearly
and quickly on their monitor. Immediately
after the agent clicks a call status such
as "Not Interested," the system
disconnects the call and immediately transfers
the next Callee to the agent. This "one-click"
interface allows the agent to maximize time
efficiency and maximize call volume.
